Designed for the harshness of an industrial environment our quarter-turn actuators provide on/off, jog or proportional control of Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Dampers and other quarter-turn products. By eliminating 90% of the under-the-cover wiring in all of our designs, we provide a clean, easily installed product designed to reduce the most problematic wiring and termination issues.

Our P Series electric non-spring return actuators offer a range of 135" to 40,500" lbs. torque. Product design is based on a self-locking worm drive principal which provides for a smooth running, dependable, robust drive system. All models are ISO 5211 compliant, have a visual position indicator and utilize a patented manual override for single-handed positioning of the actuator in a power failure situation along with many industry first standard features.

Our PA-PD Series electric spring-return actuators are available in four spring ranges, 455"lbs, 1150"lbs, 1750"lbs, and 2300"lbs. Our design incorporates a most basic need of a spring return actuator.....the ability to manually reposition the actuator during a power-fail situation. The built-in handwheel override system fulfills this requirement. All models are ISO 5211 compliant and incorporate many of the same features as our non-spring return series and feature a modular approach to control as well.

Our D Series electric spring‐return actuators are available in four spring ranges, 90”lbs, 135”lbs, 265”lbs and 445”lbs. The design supports diredct mounting to dampers, ball valves as well as butterfly valves. The units feature field adjustable run times, field adjustable spring times, manual override, auto‐switching power supplies, as well as a complete array of accessories.

Our PL Series electric linear actuators are available with stroke lengths ranging from 20mm to 100 mm and thrust up to 4,400 lb. These products feature self locking drive, proportional, jog or on/off control, NEMA 4/4X housing, manual override for single handed positioning. Bass design easily adapts to most rising stem application requirements.
